POLLO A LA BRASA
A half tray of chicken comes with a half tray of garlic teamed rice, a half tray of salad, and our “green sauce” hot sauce. Similarly, a full tray of chicken comes with a half tray of rice and salad, and hot sauce.
CATERING TRAYS
Our catering entrée trays come with garlic steamed rice and hot sauce. Neither the Tallarín (spaghetti) entrées nor the Chaufas comes with an additional tray of rice.
